March 9, 2016: Avoid the Carnival

At seven I wake up and start my day with 3rd Rock From the Sun. I make it through half a dozen episodes before heading out for the day.

Before work I stop in at Walmart to get new cheap shoes and drinks then it’s off to the hut. The day isn’t super steady, but is also not slow. It’s a good day really. I get things done and also get out on the road a bit.

After work Sean picks me up and we’re off to Charles’ apartment to film. Today he has more blind boxes for the first video and then a spoiler free review of Zootopia. Afterwards Sean and I head over to his mom’s for manwhiches and to just hang out.

Around nine it’s time to get back on the road home. I’m at the house before ten and watching family guy.

March 2, 2016: Sean’s Birthday

From the time I wake up until the time Sean picks me up at work the most interesting thing that transpired was Nathan either going crazy, or going to far in acting crazy. Being that he’s nineteen, I’ll go with the latter.

After work things get much better. Sean picks me up and we head to Charles’ place to do a video. Today’s video is a blind box unboxing. I join him in the video and try and be salty, but it’s hard when the only figure that sucks is Aquaman. I mean, fuck Aquaman.

Next up we head to Sean’s mom’s for his birthday dinner. We have potato boats, watch our normal Wednesday shows, and just enjoy each others company. I had a wonderful time and hope he did as well.

The rest of the night is back to normal routine. Sean drops me off. I head home and watch Futurama on Netflix.

December 9, 2015: Buddy

I get up early enough to watch the new Flash and iZombie. I also make coffee and let Robin know. Before I leave for work we chat about her aneurysm and her going to see a neurosurgeon.

Work goes mostly as it usually does with the big difference being that I got a group message from Robin about the doctor being worried the aneurysm may be leaking. He sent her for a couple CTs, one with and one without contrast, and let her know she may be going to Duke before the end of the day.

After work Sean picks me up and we go to Charles’ place to film a comicblock unboxing video. Then we stop at Lowe’s to grab salad stuff on the way to his mom’s. For dinner we have Pork chops, mac and cheese, corn, peas and salad while watching Wheel of Fortune. After diner we watch Jeopardy and some magic show until nine.

Around the time we leave I find out that Robin is being taken to Duke by land instead of helicopter, so at least it isn’t so dire as it could be. When Sean drops me off at the store I head in and talk to Clayton till about ten before heading home.

I watch videos in Greg’s room until almost midnight. I fall asleep to either King of the Hill or Cleveland Show.

November 18, 2015: The Andalite’s Gift

I don’t get up until nine. That’s good for extra sleep, but it’s awful for catching up with DVR’d shows. I watch a new, very awesome Flash. This show (if you don’t ask Chris) is pretty much the best tv that’s existed. It’s well done. The acting and script are so great. It’s everything a comic book based live action show should be.

I also watch a new episode of Tosh.0. It’s still amusing to me, but it’s nowhere near as good as when it first started. It is probably just because I’ve gotten so used to what it is. This many seasons on it’s not easy for his style of slow to impress or stand out anymore.

I leave at ten fifteen for work and have six or seven evenly spread out deliveries, but I get things done in spite still. I think I need a week off to do something to shake things up or something. Work is steadily becoming  day in day out stagnation.

Afterwards Sean picks me up and we head to Charles’ apartment and record a unboxing video. Charles seems to want Sean and my input into the videos, but if he wants it to be 100% positivity to try and get more views we may need to not add our opinions.

From there Sean and I go to his mom’s. A key pay of the BBQ sauce is missing. It throws me off, but they offer that we can make pork fried rice and I decide to finally try and wing it on something. I mix some Chinese five spice, soy sauce and apple juice. I try not to let on that inside I’m freaking out and start frying up the cubed pork in some sesame oil and add the mixture once it’s done all the way through. After the liquid cooks down Sean and I both try a piece of the meat and are amazed. It actually turned out pretty tasty.

Sean starts the eggs and I do the veggies up. When the rice is done I start adding everything together. Once it’s all done it isn’t quite fried (the rice had to much water), but it is pretty good. We watch Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy while eating.

At about nine Sean and I head off. We stop at Lowe’s and I get Some Jack Daniels Black Jack Cola and Sean takes Mr back to the civic. I head home and watch Greg play smite with Bucky and Chris. The two of us try the malt jack and cokes. They are actually pretty good. Just about the prefect flavor combination.

At about ten I head to my room. I watch Impractical Jokers for a while before switching over to cartoon network. At about midnight I’m asleep.

October 7, 2015: This is Pointless!

I get up early enough to watch plenty of DVR’d goodness only to realize that all I left for this morning was drunk history. So I flip through the channels for a bit before settling for looney toons. I leave for work a bit early and chill in the parking lot listening to podcasts. Since Friday new episodes have really started to pile up.

Once I get in and get started for the day I don’t actually spend much time in the store. We have a ton of deliveries coming in pretty close together, but going opposite directions. I stay busy until time to go. At four thirty Sean and I head over to Charles’ apartment. I knock out a unboxing/review of September’s comicblock.

We talk for a bit before heading to taco bell for dinner (Sean’s mom’s road is currently an extension of the ocean). Charles joins us for tacos and we talk about the upcoming trip as well as some things going on in the cosplay community. After eating we have a quick shopping trip through Lowe’s and then chat about Charles’ birthday plans and what they should be.

From there Sean drops me by the civic and I head home. I hang out with Greg while he plays sine games. He plays a match of Smite before I head to bed. I fall asleep to adult swim.

September 23, 2015: Whoooaaa… We’re Not Dead Anymore

I get up at nine, watch a little DVR action and get ready for work. At ten fifteen I leave and head on up to the shop. After grabbing since liquid refreshments I’m ready to stay my day.

I only have two deliveries all day. I also see that Emily is covering down for Mia. I text her up and tell her that she can come in early for more hours if she wants.

For lunch I get myself a burrito. Then by three I have everything done, which is cool because Emily comes in at three thirty. I text Sean and let him know I’m off before heading over to Charles’ place. He helps me find a hat for my Carl costume before Sean shows up. We record a double unboxing video of nerdblock and the welcomeblock Charles got for signing back up.

After filming Sean and I ride over to his mom’s. Britney is home and keeps us company while we cook what I can only describe as a deconstructed chicken casserole. We make some corn and mac and cheese to go with it. It’s done a little after his mom gets home and we sit down to eat while watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.

After diner we watch some Mythbusters till nine thirty. From there we go to Lowe’s. I grab some Halloween cotton candy and a 32oz smirnoff. Sean drops me of at the the car and I head home.

I go up to Greg’s room and watch the last thirty of Brides maids woke I drink my malt beverage. I share the cotton candy with him and we both are instantly shocked. Turns out it was sour green apple flavor. It was delicious, but surprising.

After that I head to bed. I watch adult swim till I fall asleep.
