Sunday was really three different things. First was me finishing season two of Man Seeking Woman and starting season three. Second, it was a very lazy day of watching TV and couch lounging. Third was me rolling up my new character for pathfinder.
She’s a changeling ranger who has black hair, a blue eye and a purple eye. Turns out that changelings may not be the best race to play if you want a high constitution bonus. My bad rolling also carried over to me having pretty low stats for the most part. My eighteen went to dexterity while I got a fourteen in strength and a twelve in constitution. The rest of my stats are all thirteens.Luckily I can shoot a man one hundred and ten feet away. Being a ranger should be fun.
You’d think I’d sleep in later than eight for the first day of my weekend, but you’d be wrong. When I get up I watch some TV with Johnny, including some undercover boss which leaves me craving Moe’s.
At eleven I head out to moe’s for lunch and am kind of let down. After having Burrito Shak, moe’s doesn’t quite stack up. After eating I roam around the mall for an hour or so before heading home.
Today everyone shows up for pathfinder. It doesn’t last as long as it normally would because we manage to finish the campaign. To end it off I retire my awful druid Brand and have him go off to annoy a npc witch till Chris decides to kill him and Zabu off. From here there will be a three year gap between stories and I’ll bring in a new character.
After pathfinder, Johnny sends me to KFC to get dinner. While eating, and until I head to bed around nine, I hang out in the living room watching TV. I go to sleep watching adult swim.
By the time I wake up it’s already time to get up and head to work. I grab drinks on the way. Work itself is pretty slow until around two or so when I get a few deliveries. At four I’m out and headed home.
I stop at Walmart and run into Morgan. We end up standing outside talking for an hour before I head in to grab some stuff. On my way out I buy some Girl Scout Cookies.
For dinner we have burrito stuff before heading to Clay’s for game night. A few new games are played including Clank. In clank you work your way through a Dungeon to get treasure and get out before the dragon kills you. I didn’t really know what I was doing for sure, but still enjoyed myself.
The night ends around eleven thirty or so. Chris and I head home and I’m off to bed.
At seven I wake up and reluctantly pull myself from bed. I start the day with some new Always Sunny and Steven Universe compilations. The new Always Sunny is pretty good. It’s all about Wolf Cola and Fight Milk. The first compilation of Steven Universe is about lion and it’s one I’ve already seen through a few times, so I skip it this go round. The second is about Steven’s friends and the first part is the Frybo episode I haven’t seen in a while, so I settle in for some Universe goodness.
I’m on the road to work by nine and I listen to a whole Good Charlotte album on the way and while I wait to go in. I’m neither proud nor ashamed of this, it’s just something that happened. At work I had a decent day. I worked with Nathan and the day was slightly more busy.
After work I head home and meet Johnny’s brother. When he leaves I head out to get dinner from taco bell. I get the Naked Chicken Chalupa box with nacho cheese instead of the green goop that comes on it. Overall it’s pretty much exactly what you’d expect. A piece of fried chicken wrapped around lettuce, tomato and cheese. Tasty though.
My day starts with the newest episode of The Mick. This far into the series I’m convinced that the whole thing is just an elaborate scam Sweet Dee is running sometime between seasons of Always Sunny. To be fair, anything she acts in from now on will probably feel that way.
By nine I’m at work and most of the truck is already put away and just needs to be dated. It’s another slow day, so I’m more than ready to be out by the time Charles comes in.
On my way home I stop in at Sean’s and we watch a little thing from Misfits that shows what happened to Nathan in Las Vegas. Good stuff. From there we take the trick home and I grab the new fitbit that came in the mail before we head to his mom’s for Chinese food.
While waiting for Sean’s mom we watch a couple episodes of Impractical Jokers. When she gets home we watch Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy while eating. After dinner it’s time for you’re man Steve Harvey. We watch Family Feud until ten thirty. From there Sean takes me back to the house and I crash watching adult swim.
My day starts with me dragging myself out of my bed at seven thirty and making some coffee. I was going to watch the newest Steven Universe that’s recorded, but it’s the Smokey Quartz compilation again. Instead I watch some SpongeBob and finally decide to do my journal to catch up with the last few months the best I can.
I feel a little pain here and there, but not enough to risk my stomach lining any more than I already have. All in all I feel like I’m about at ninety percent today.
Around nine I head out for the day. I have a monster I opened last night still, so I skip going to the store for drinks at least for the time being. I go straight to work and chill out in the lot while listening to some Pretend Wizards.
Work goes pretty smoothly. We’re still dealing with the January lull, so it’s pretty slow. I’m out at four and headed home.
For dinner, Chris and I get a free pie from Papa Murphy’s. They make some pretty good pizza, and for ten dollars I’ll take the time to bake it myself again.
After eating I watch some Man Seeking Woman season two before calling it a night.
Halloween was a nice extend weekend of game night on Friday. A little party Saturday with some Karaoke. And then hanging candy out Sunday.
For thanksgiving I spent most of the day at my parents house hanging out with the fam. I got to Clay and Calie’s just in time to head over to Kyle and Maria’s for a bit. The night ended with a few board games.
The weekend following thanksgiving we moved into our own house. It took eleven months, but it finally happened.
For Christmas eve the fam decided to do a brunch again. I ended up being late because I didn’t know and had errands to do thinking we were doing dinner.
Christmas day was a great day of spending time with family for the better part of the day and then friends for the night.
My friends and I brought in the new year by playing Rock Band. Other than me not feeling at my best, it was a great night.
Since then I have gone to the emergency room thinking I might lose my legs. I spent the night in the hospital and ultimately found out I have a disease called Lofgren’s syndrome. It’s a arthritis based disease that is petty rare. It’ll come on pretty randomly and over time it goes away and you’ll never deal with it again. I think it’s almost done with me at this point.
